AFTER INSTALLATION and CURING PROCESS

After installation, small water or gel bubbles may appear under the film. This is normal and will disappear once the film is fully cured (up to 45 days depending on temperature and humidity).

👉 During curing:

• Do not press or touch the film to avoid improper adhesion.
• Keep the vehicle in a shaded, cool area for at least 12 hours, away from direct sunlight or heat, so moisture can dry out. Small water pockets will flatten over time. If you see air bubbles, visit our service center for assistance.
• Do not wash or wax the car for the first 48 hours so the edges and moisture can dry naturally.

👉 After 48 hours, you may wash and wax as usual. Minor haziness will gradually clear with sunlight exposure.

We always follow strict cleanliness procedures during installation, but in rare cases, small imperfections may only appear once the film is fully set.

PPF Care – Recommended Practices:

• Clean the film regularly to prevent dirt buildup and maintain gloss.
• Use professional automotive soaps with lubricants and a premium wash mitt.
• Apply wax/sealants at a 90° angle across film edges to avoid buildup.
• Keep high-pressure hoses at least 48″ (1.2 m) away and avoid spraying directly at edges.
• Wax or seal the film regularly for best gloss; polymeric/acrylic sealants provide superior protection over simple waxes.
• Use automotive-grade microfiber cloths to gently remove wax around edges.
• Remove bugs and sap promptly, just as you would with painted surfaces.

PPF Care – Things to Avoid:

• Do not use abrasive cleaners, scrubbers, sponges, paper towels, clay bars/mitts, or high-speed buffers.
• Do not use powder detergents, degreasers, harsh solvents, or products with petroleum distillates (check MSDS).
• Do not apply waxes or sealants with dyes, colored waxes, abrasive or hard compounds.
• Do not rub with excessive force, especially when the surface is hot or under direct sunlight.
• Do not pressure wash closer than 48″ (1.2 m) from the film.
• Do not pick at film edges or use fingernails to clean buildup; always apply wax/sealants at 90° to edges.
